If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, and legal obligation.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information for money. When you have granted Marketing consent, limited identifiers may be shared with advertising and measurement platforms. Under California’s expanded definitions, that sharing may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing”; opt out on our Do Not Sell or Share page.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Traffic to and from the Site is encrypted with TLS. Access to backend systems is restricted and logged.

Notice to California residents

Under the CCPA you have the rights above. In the last 12 months we have collected identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation (from IP), and audio or electronic information. We do not collect biometric information, precise geolocation, government identifiers, or protected classification characteristics.

Notice to other U.S. state residents

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights. Use the same email for requests.

Notice to EEA and UK residents

You have the rights described above under GDPR and equivalent UK law. When information is transferred to service providers outside the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We honor Global Privacy Control as an opt-out.

Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time. The “Effective” date will change. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least 30 days.
